Congratulations Forum (Thank You Threads)

Can it be altered to include "thank you" and praise threads as well, because there have been loads lately and they would probably suit that forum better.

They removed all the "Post your whatever" threads saying they were spam and pointless and yet these congrats threads have even more spam in them :s.

I presented the idea to forum management and they agreed, so I think its safe to say it'll be introduced on Sunday
