What has changed on neopets in the last few months?

One of the most prominent changes is that there is a 3rd disowning option. You can now "transfer" your pet to another account or to somebody else. You can only have one transfer coming in and one transfer coming out per month. Also, this is the safest way to transfer a pet. Whereas with pounding, you risk the possibility of pound snipers etc.

Other than that, I'm not exactly up to date with all the Neopets things.
