Morrisons get at least 2/3 deliveries every day.
Fresh delivery and grocery delivery every day.
Frozen delivery monday, wednesday, friday and sunday.
Everything else whenever.

Deliveries arrive at most shops every other day. Stuff that it out of stock is automatically re-ordered so just keep an eye out really.

i work at argos lol and we get stock delivered any days really, mainly fridays i think.
