    Default Health Tips

    Hello guys,
I decided to create a "guide" about health. In this thread I'll post a few thing that are important for you, and your body.
If anything's missing, please tell me what, and I'll edit it.

    Thanks,
    Meti

    Brushing your teeth
    - Have you ever been that tired that you can't be bothered brushing your teeth? I think we all have. But what we do is totally wrong.
You are probably not thinking about this, but brushing your teeth only takes four minutes of your day. Two minutes in the morning, and two minutes before you go to sleep.
This means you have 23 hours and 56 minutes left of the day to do whatever you want to do.
Everyone has time to brush their teeth. They just don't think about the fact that it only takes them four minutes of the day. I mean comeon, you have time for other things such as computers etc, but not for your teeth and health?
You all can do better, I know that.

    - A picture of someone with bad teeth.

    Going out for a walk
    - This is really important for your health and body. It's good to go out and get some air, instead of sitting home in front of the computer, TV etc all day long.
It also builds up your muscles and condition.
When you're out, you have time to think about whatever you want. If you have any problems in your life, you could try thinking about how to solve/fix them. Or, you don't have to think about them at all if you don't want to.

    Start doing activities
    - Yes. Why not start playing a sport?
If you don't like sport, try any out anyways. You haven't tried all sports in the world, I'm sure you'd find a good sport.
There are good sports, such as football, basketball, rugby, handball, rugby etc to name but a few.
It could be any sport, the point of this is basically staying fit and healthy, and keeping you away from the technology.

Eating the right things- It's really important eating the right food.
It should always be healthy food. However, you could eat fast-food too, but not very often. Maximum once/twice per week.
When I eat, my table looks something like this:
    25% - Meat/fish/eggs
    25% - Vegetables/root vegetables
    50% - Potatoes/rice/pasta

I think your table should look like that too.

I hope this "guide" helped some of you

That's the only thing in the thread I didn't do myself. Got it from Google Images.
