Hmm...everything you said was true however it didnt have that real "agression" to have the /rant on the end, nice try thoughPlease just give up, now.
General social networking is one of the hardest markets to enter right now. Since you have a pre made script that hasn't been edited at all. Infact I saw that script on another 'scoail networking' site another user set up. All you've done is uploaded a script you bought, do you have any knowledge of PHP? If not then I don't even know why you started this project.
The whole point of making sites is for the experience and to learn. All you've learned is how to upload a script and set up a database (if you even did that). Real web developers have a passion for websites, you obviously don't.

As for iBabble, please change into a general discussion forum or something, social networking isnt gonna work![]()
Yes, i've customized quite a lot of it actually, but the person sees the front page and just thinks its nots been customized at all, but it will got under a major front page revamp next year.Is SocialEngine not customisable?
The homepage of a website is a first impression. If a user sees your homepage he/she is going to get a bad first impressions, therefore is going to leave. Why wouldn't you revamp it before it opened?
Please think before you do something, because right now this site is a waste of money. However it's your money so I don't really care. Honestly you need to get out of the 'OMGz i wanna cre8 a social netw0rk' phase, as you won't get far.
Taking what you just said into consideration, what is the most important part of a website to attract visitors, and why wait until next year to do something which can get you a load more viewers, and make it seem less of a waste of £160, hosting costs and other expenses?
Invalid point, if you knew what's happening to the social networking world you'd realise now is the best time ever to get into the market. The only social network I can see as being safe for the next few years is MySpace as they're pretty sorted finacially with the backing of News Corp, possibly Bebo also with AOL. However Facebook doesn't really have any backing and uses unbelievable amounts of money every month let alone every year.
Facebook are financially sound, Greg.
Facebook could get $8billion, if sold and often gets investments in the millions. Even if it doesn't belong to a huge company, it's a good site which companies would queue up to buy if the opportunity arose.Invalid point, if you knew what's happening to the social networking world you'd realise now is the best time ever to get into the market.
