If Jagex LTD. sees any of its members breaking the rules, they will ban you. Half the fun of runescape is building up your account, not selling it. Please do not sell accounts over Habbo Hotel or any other Internet games. Thank you.

exactly.. it is strictly against runescape rules.. any accounts caught and all accounts to do with them are banned, which usually includes an ip ban too.
