Well, there are different ways to do this the best two are
Mining and Woodcutting.
Woodcutting is quick but harder to sell product for profit.
Mining is alright but sells nearly instantly.

Killing cows and take bones/hides and raw beef

Mining for clay and selling at grand exchange is working for me atm, all combat skills are 20, mining 5, woodcutting 7,

try getting some jugs of water and use it only the clay

If you're very low-leveled and just want money without gaining experience, you can run around Lumbridge Swamp and collect swamp tar. It sells for 213 each (as of now) on the Grand Exchange and it's stackable so you can carry as much as you'd like.
