    Default Vista Say Network Unplugged When connected?

    Hey i installed service pack 1 yesterday but now every time i boot it says my network is disconnected


    as you can see in the screenshot i am connect because msn is signed in and i'm here posting,

    does any1 know how to fix it cause its rather annoying

    That might not be the network connection you are using



    On my computer as you can see, it's connected in one and not in the other, that is because they are both different connections, one is wireless and one is local

    Sounds like some simple technical glitch. A lot of people get this, it's just a glitch.. You can just ignore it?

    There's a way to remove the inactive one if you wish, go into your network connections and delete the one that is not connected, it should remove the other icon.

    I highly suggest not doing that, maybe disable but not delete as you could ruin an adapter
