I like it but for the rollers add arrows and lines just like on normal rollers and yea thats about it really 70%

I could add arrows but i have to animate them if i put them in the rollers and i don't like that.

Great Job!
A couple of things though.
1) You should of kept the line on the black part of the roller and animate it so it looks like it is moving,
2) Where the dress is put on, change it to a clothes thing so then you can have multiple Penguins going around getting dressed up
3) Add more penguins
4) Slow it down near the end, the second animation is too fast.
