    Default Reply/Quote Notification

I think you should put in place, a notification that shows when somebody quotes a post of yours, or (you will have to add a reply button on the bottom of each post) so when somebody clicks reply and posts you get a notification.

So you can see if somebody has anwsered your question or has an opinion on your post.

Sounds brilliant, but at the moment you have to subscribe to a post to even get a notification. So maybe not having to subscribe would be good?

Whats wrong with using thread subscriptions :S. I can see quite easily in my usercp who has replied to a thread I have a particular interest in.

Aha, but if someone quotes you, it's much cooler, even if you have no interest in the thread!

    I like this idea!

    Yes

it would be much easier just to leave a question and go,then get a notification when someone quotes the question and anwsers it.

I see a lot of point, it allows you to see who has replied to you directly. I'd certainly use it, I believe this is a genuinely good idea.
