Maybe he doesnt want a bang up to date phone? Maybe he wants one for work use that will mean its gunna get dropped everywhere, maybe he handles phones badly like me and they get smashed up?

Not everyone needs a £200 phone, i only ever spend up to £100 on mine because I know after 6months ive destroyed it
