If Man City didn't have all this money you wouldn't be complaining. At the end of the day, you can't build a team in 2 minutes. You can't just expect to buy the world's best players and suddenly win every competition the world has to offer.

I think the point is, last season, Man City finished 5th (?) under Sven, who was fired, then Hughes comes in and is now 16th (?) even though the team isn't spectacularly different.
