    Default What kind of RAM?

because I like to buy things without fully looking into them, I don't know what RAM I need for my iMac. It's a 2.4Ghz 20" with Leopard that comes with an initial 1GB of RAM. I already have these sticks laying around:

200-pin 2GB DDR2 SODIMM stick of laptop ram running at 667MHz

240pin 1GB DIMM stick of desktop ram 667Mhz

    Would either work?

There the following ones that would work in your iMac. You could also search on ebay to see if you get them cheaper.

Bear in mind its all laptop RAM. If you goto Apple Logo (top left hand corner) About this Mac > More Information it will tell you in System Profiler.

    Matt's will also work

It *may* be different RAM in the iMac, but that is the screen I was on about in System Profiler to find the info (Y)
