I had to chose this decision earlier this year and I got Burnout Paradise, it's really fun and the handling is good too. I downloaded the Grid demo from PSN and I didn't like it that much.

    Burnout: http://www.gamescentre.co.uk/productInfo.aspx?pid=26586 £13.99 preowned.
    GRID: http://www.gamestation.co.uk/Xbox360...e-Driver-GRID/ £19.56 new.

I havee! And I was still undecided as the burnout demo isn't that great as it's only got one event, but I've heard the full game is so much better.

I'll probably still get burnout at some point.

Get both, they're both cheap. £34 for both.

I've never heard of gamescentre? I'd rather wait until gamestation have it back in stock I think.

I bought 2 games for Christmas from Gamescentre. They're cheap, especially pre-owned games and delivery is free and quick.

Burnout Paradise is really good on PS3, Because it was made for PS3 then ported to xBox360

I've played both demos, they're basically the same except 360 has custom soundtracks. I'd rather get it for 360 as I can be in a party while I play and get achievements.
