Yeah they are? I rang up before because my account was hacked and they gave me some credits, the tool fails I'm sure you can ring up

Habbo do not offer telephone support. It's inpractical.

They have a general office phone - but they do not offer telephone support to Habbos. In no place is the phone number advertised by the Sulake website. And in no way do they encourage it - most of the time you call, if they answer at all, they tell you to use the help tool. They will speak to parents in escalated circumstances but they prefer e-mail.
