What are good for training on except rock crabs? Just anything that doesn't hit hard, has a low defense and loads of hitpoints.

although saying this, i think slayers the best way to level as you get more than 1 type of xp :]

I could not of asked for anything better than Cockroach soldiers! They have 240 hitpoints aswell as having the chance of them dropping dragon sq shields and many other semi-expensive things. Food is required because they are capable of hitting up to 8s.
