    Try something like onlinepastpapers.co.uk , etc
    and our network sorts sites into groups and instantly blocks some and allows us to use quota time on others. I guess this is done by site content, tags and whatnot.

    Sorry, this migth sound rude, but what is the point in making these proxies when you are not making a profit back? I have a few proxies witch are making a few dollars a day (better then nothing) If you're in this market your in it for profit, thats what most webmasters will tell you.

    I am in it for the profit, sorting out the advertising..
