I was just on to dell, they were ment to come out to fix my sisters laptop today, but no technician arrived, they were very apologetic but that means nothing to me, I then asked to speak to the supervisor and i let him know how i lost a whole day of "work" and that i should be compensated, and i will have to stay home again, he then informed me that he would send out a USB stick for my troubles, and he would make sure that they would definatly be out tomorow
Even before you start your conversation with dell, ask to speak to the supervisor, the repesentives cant do anything
