The "navigator" images, are done by Sulake. That was the bot Sulake obviously had in the room when testing/creating the room.
Habbo can add and change bots, as we saw with James and Marion in Club Massiva. They obviously thought someone who represents the Bird Woman from Mary Poppins was more suitable.
