There has been some confusion as to when Batista's injury actually occurred. WWE.com stated that he tore his hamstring at SummerSlam, but that seems far-fetched because you would have blatantly noticed it at the pay per view if it had happened.

Other sources say he got injured on the European tour and actually tried working through the injury worsening it as a result. You could see Batista limping on Raw as he chased Randy Orton to the ring, prior to being punted in the head.

At this point, it seems the earliest Batista could return is June. However, it is expected to be August more likely.

Batista is on his way to Birmingham, Alabama today for exams and will be receiving surgery soon.

    From Wrestlezone.com

According to several live reports emailed to the site, WWE Diva's Champion Maryse suffered an injury at last night's Smackdown house show in Raleigh, NC. During the bout between Maryse and Natalya vs The Bella Twins, Maryse suffered what appeared to be a blown out knee. She collapsed in the corner, prompting EMTs and road agents to attend to her. Following the match, Maryse was maneuvered out of the ring via stretcher. No word yet on how Maryse is recovering.

    From PWmania:
It definitely appears that Christian Cage is returning to World Wrestling Entertainment after spending the past three years in TNA. There have already been talks of holding a match between Christian & Jeff Hardy at WrestleMania 25, reports ProWrestling.NET. Cage is expected to be revealed as the mystery person in the storyline of who attacked Jeff Hardy on the morning of last month's Survivor Series pay-per-view. Still no word yet on when he'll make his official return to WWE.
I actually think thats a really good idea if its true.

If Christian was to return to WWE, I don't think he should face such a huge WWE star yet. I still see Christian as a lower card superstar, thinking back to WWF days as I've not seen in wrestle in TNA, since TNA sucks.
