Default Police: Stay inside & keep windows, doors shut

Just saw on sky news that a large 50ft x 400ft phosphorus cloud over the midlands.
Told to stay inside, keep windows and doors shut. Can irritate eyes, nose and skin.

It'll be hilarious if it was actually those dimensions and had no height to it, just a line of phosphorus above the midlands

    Any idea where it originated?

Nevermind, apparently a fire at Rhodia:

The cloud, which threatened to cause skin irritation and breathing difficulties, grew amid a large fire at Rhodia Consumer Specialties Ltd in Trinity Street, Langley.

That's hardly the attitude, it's indirectly affected most trains in Britain but two people have died so there's really no need for that.
