Ok that is strange. Get prepared for your laptop touch pad to wear away too mine did in the first few months, don't have a clue why. Unless I had paint stripper or something on my finger.

Lol, mines is ok, had mine since august 2007, but the paint at the front next to the button that opens up the laptop wen its closed all wore away to the brown metal after a few months.

cheers, the case was 50 quid or something, can't remember it was a while ago. Side panel with window was about a tenner?

was a bit of a naff fit at first but it goes on fine now. got the apple keyboard at a shop in London, it was cheaper than I thought tbh, cant remember how much but it's cheaper than the wireless one (obviously)
