Dagon'Hai Robes

This is just a little alt I thought I'd release before I release the big one.
It's Dagon'hai Robes from RuneScape. I Kinda modeled the face to look like Surok Magis, but still maintain a habbo face.

Looks okay, but the shadows are often strange, especially at the hat.

Get rid of the black lines on the beard. And I dont know if its just this laptop but is it saved in the right format? I like the idea of the alt and te concept has bee taken on qute well. However the shading doesn't quite make sense

It needs some more detail instead of dithering. And the hat looks really flat, try bringing some volume in it.

You only need more detail in the hat.... the torso is fine.

The hat looks very plane maybe add some more colours and more shading
