I'll post pictures with-in the week. Long story short, only camera access I have at the moment is a 1.3 mega pixel phone camera.
Anyway, I'm more of a weight-lifter at the moment than a bodybuilder, I still have a great physique and the signs of a six pack, and when I breathe in my ribs are visible. Ah anyway you will all have to wait untill I get a camera sorted out
So much for the 'ill get you a good camera for christmas, dont worry'. Ill have to buy one myself
I epicly loled irl.
Anyway tbh I don't see the point in body building. I suppose it gives you self satisfaction & makes u feel good about yourself.
But tbh what do them muscles give ya? They don't give you an advantage in a fight.
But I'm not gonna put u down for doing it, it's good that you have disciplined urself & got well into it.
Good luck in future
You only say that because you have no muscle yourself. So would you put a cruser weight boxer against a heavy weight boxer? I think not, would you put someone 150lbs against someone 280lbs in a MMA fight? I think not.I epicly loled irl.

Yeah it's pointless having muscle if you don't do anything with it but believe me, being heavier than people I have had fights with is really an advantage.
Natural, organic nuts are great for you. The cheap ones you buy add unwanted fats etc. Nuts though are high in monounsaturated fats, and there has been strong evidence that a high monounsaturated fat intake can actually help you loose body fat. Also there really good for muscle gain.
No point me posting any pictures, I'll take some maybe after, iv'e become more cut since my last pictures i posted.
I'm only fifteen but I'll post what I'm lifting at the moment;
Bench Press: (max) 110kg
Barcurl: (max) 50kg
Squat: (unsure, will edit soon)
Who are you to judge? You being devoted enough to get over 10,000 gamerpoints on Xbox doesn't give off that 'tough guy' impression.
for 15 thats good
i'm 17 and the max i can do on 1rm is 120-130kg altho i havent done for a while
Fine that's your opinion.
I'm just stating that you couldn't be more wrong.
Anyway, thanks Lou and 130k is very impressive, I hope to be benching that in two years.
