HxHD closed - turned into a lounge

Thread pointless.

But, maybe the departemnt thought that a Help Desk was no longer needed, as there are now Habbo Guides, and nobody is really seeking help.

And maybe they changed it into a lounge, because atm people are just talking, and chilling in there, so why not have a lounge? There will still be room mods ( HxHD Staff) to moderate the room + help people if needed.

You're right, there are guides. But those are not always as good as person as person help; and as I've said before there were still users coming to the desk for help.

People could always go in there and use the room as a lounge.

Well, if the majority of people are using it for a Lounge, why not take a bar away, and call it a lounge, not that much change.

Guides suck, they're all noobs who have no clue themselves, only do it for the badges.

Because why have a lounge where just loungers can benefit, if you can have a help desk area too, where users needing help and loungers can benefit?

I only went to HxHD because it was 'HxHD' I'll occasionally probably go to this lounge to see my Hx buds but meh..

If someone comes in asking for help, I can assure you the staff won't go "NO, get out you fool - this is a LOUNGE". All staff are friendly enough to provide help where and when it's needed.

LMAO no they're not. I've seen one person in there for past few days and that's bren. oh and john, another mistake right there all staff just came today for this big ball n announcement **** and acted immature ;l meh

Of course. But I mean before the room was split down the middle sort of....now it's just a big lounge?

I somehow doubt the staff will be as eager to stick around as they were before too, especially if they're doing staff cuts.

its a shame to see it go as in its prime hxhd was great but it has gone down hill big time and there isnt the demand for help desks these days.
