Its good but I think the right hand side of his face is weird I dont know why
though :S (His right)

The hair is poor, not spikey, it's like if I woke up in a morning after not washing my hair the previous night.

However, the amount of contast on the coat is just right.

Here.. Try to make the hair really spikey like this. Use lines that are straight, and shade it on the same way as the figure you made a imitation of.

Ye, it's a bit better. Maybe you should make the hair "bigger" så it fits to a habbo head.
You still need to work on the shading.
