If your site is just a forum, you need to provide something no other habbo forum provides, otherwise there is no factor that will make users choose you over habbox or habbodiscussion etc. Badges/Awards etc have all been done, and i would reccomend using them, but you still need something new.
I wish you luck in finding something, and if anything comes to my mind i will PM you.
