Just looking on my virus protection history and there's lots of these:

An instance of "C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe" is preparing to access the Internet.

followed by this:

Unauthorized access blocked (Send Terminate Message to Window)
more details - Actor: c:\windows\explorer.exe Target: C:\Program Files\Norton Internet Security\Engine\16.2.0.7\MCUl23.exe

then it repeats.


I'm worried that something's targetting my antivirus :S Should I be?

I'd be more worried that your using norton, IT's utter crap and isn't fit for a computer that dosnt have Internet access, Download the NOD32 Trial, and ill pm you a full version code
