I don't mean to be mean, but all of your characters seem to be like that? Try something new, also to that fact he doesn't know martial arts.
Anyway it's pretty good, could be nicer in places. The hood should cover his face more.

Totally agree with dbgtz. I don't like the hood and the face, they are..uh..too boring. But the hands look great.
