Virgin tv remote

(Not for V+ box) I need a new remote, How much does it cost + where from?

(I know there is a thread about remotes but thats sky remotes)

Our Virgin Media remote broke about 3years ago or NTL at the time, we phoned them. Asked for a replacement. Remote came about 2-3days later.

yeah phone them and ask for a replacement, theyll send it to you and ask you to send them the old broken one back. idk how much it costs

It should be free.

You could always ask a virgin media engineer if one is working nearby

i think we paid to get a new one whens ours broke but idk

If it's faulty or broken (due to them) you don't have to pay, but if you've lost it or broken it yourself then they charge for it. Just phone them up and say it's faulty or something and they'll send a free one in the post. We had to send our old one back though when ours broke.

They charge about £10.
