This is a quest from ages ago, it was a Private Investigators quest about Bonnie Blonde's sister who was a 'socialite' who went missing, and you had to gather evidence about where she was (People set up private investigators rooms)

And the Quest was before the update ('Web 2.0) Around 2007ish I think
