    You do realise if you escalate to a claim paypal will reject it and state virtual items are not covered.

    You have his postal address, Send a letter to his parents letting them know there darling little baby is scamming people on the internet.

    My bank had a field day when I paid something through that, They said it was very insecure and open to fraudsters, Only the bank can sort your chargeback out with them.

    I would recommend a escrow service if your asking me.
