When I was in 6th form, we could wear pretty much whatever we wanted, but there was a complete ban on denim. Apparently the school governors thought jeans looked scruffy, but even the head of 6th form thought it was stupid. However, after years of campaigns, they finally lifted the ban about a month before I left...

Yeah, it sucked. Apparently we were the only 6th form in the county that couldn't wear jeans.

i swear i would NEVER go to a college/6th form if i had to wear that rubbish. i only know 1 school that you have to wear something like that, but thats a church school. even the posh private school you wear what you want.Last edited by alexxxxx; 26-01-2009 at 09:01 PM.
