Not letting me login.

Hello there. I recently decided to make a new Habbo account called ,TS and since yesterday I have been trying to log-in to Habbo but it keeps showing this same error with 'init_cryptoo'.

I've emailed player support and they said to empty my cache and all, but that never worked. Any help?
