Sorry for any problems you have, as you are aware we are currently a BETA site thus errors are prone to crop up for certain users.
This sounds similar to some other users who are facing issues in Mozilla and have now resolved this issue, Please try again and if you face any further issues please get back in contact and quote this ticket ID.
Please also check the valid from and to dates and ensure todays date is within these dates.
