These are encoded HD files, I have Sony Vegas 8.0 and 9.0 and yet when I load it in they both crash, it says Sony Vegas has encountered an error. Any help?

I had that but didn't know how to resolve it so I just converted them with the software that comes with it

Try and convert it with tsMuxer?
