    Default Consequences from drinking coffee/tea?

Millions of people drink cups and cups of coffee/tea every day, and especially with around 2 sugars and all that caffeine, there has to be some consequences from drinking loads of it. So is there any down sides from drinking 5-10 cups of either a day?

Coffee stains your teeth and is generally bad for you if you drink it a lot. I don't know about tea but I feel better drinking it than coffee all the time.

When you say generally bad, in what ways does it affect you?

The caffeine is bad for your heart.

You can feel sluggish without it. Basically if you drink it in the morning for a boost for a long period of time, you begin to rely on it because caffine is obviously a drug. I normally take it once in a while but I don't drink it daily.

Polos could make you smell at the other end though.

Harness a little self-restraint and only leak in a safe place? Besides, Polos are not bad. Other types of mints, however...

I have drunk tea since I was about 4, about 4-6 cups a tea everyday with 2-3 sugars and my teeth are white as ever. Although you must keep your iron levels up, tea reduces your iron level by quite alot.
