MSN Webcam.

Hey guys,
Recently upgraded to the latest version of MSN. But now, it seems everytime a webcam request gets accepted, my whole msn application freezes.

it wont come unstuck.

I've tryed LOADS of system restores, clean re-installs and even rolling back to an older version.

What type webcam is it?

Logitech i belive - quite old, but ive updated it recently.. But its not my webcam its the other persons so how could this affect? ive tryed another msn application called amsn that supprots webcam, that works fine.

Yeh - its happend ever since i upgraded to it.

I system restored back to the older version of msn, worked perfectly, stopped working again, warcraft crapped so i un-done my restore..

The new version of WLM - 2009 is plagued full of errors relating to webcams.. Google it you'll find forums of people complaining about it with different errors.

I'd stickk to like v8.5 till the bugs are sorted with this new one

mine did that to, so i use an older msn

happened to me too, i stayed with old msn

Vista messes up alot, all I can advice you to do is download the older version, that's what I had to do, it does the same to my dads laptop alot, hes vista and he has the new msn version too.
Frankly I think the new version is crap Disapointed on the update
