    Tips

    - Have two alarms
    - Have the energy to get out of bed
    - Whisper to yourself for 20 seconds it is now x:xx and I want to wake up x:xx
    - (This not my tip but I did try it dunno if it worked) Ok, it might sound stupid but when you are lying in bed sit up and make a fist and tap the back of your neck however many times corisponding to the time you want to get up at for example:

    6 taps = 6 o'clock
    7 taps = 7 o'clock
    8 taps = 8 o'clock
    9 taps = 9 o'clock
    10 taps = 10 o'clock

Can someone try this above one and I want to see if it works.
I tapped my neck eight times and I woke up 10. :eusa_wall:S

Go to sleep earlier and you could allways try drinking some water as it will wake you up to the need to pee.

Sarcastix gave the best response in my opinion.

I would run into the problem of oversleeping my alarms every 3 months or so last year because I would end up getting used to the sound and would just automatically reach over and turn off my alarm while I was still half asleep and then I'd oversleep. The best way to fix this is the change your alarm tone like he said. This is easy especially since you mentioned you use your phone I think? Or else if you use one of those conventional clock alarms, go out and buy one or two more so that you can switch them around every few months when you start sleeping through them. This helps loads for waking you up.

As for forcing yourself out of bed, the best way in my opinion is, like sarcastix and a few others said, to put your alarms across the room from you, or in some other place that would require you to physically get out of bed to go turn it off. This way you can't reach over and just flip it off and then end up staying in bed and falling back asleep because its so warm.

Other than that, if you keep waking yourself up at a set time, usually your body will start getting used to that and it'll start waking up on its own at that time. I'd also suggest sleeping earlier if you're tired, or I'd strongly suggest naps during the day (my personal favorite!) which also will help in the long run since then you won't be so tired when you wake up in the mornings.
    Ex-mod.

I've pretty much quit Habbo & Habbox, but I still stop by every once in a while. If you knew me, send me a message saying hi, and I promise I'll get back to you! Miss all you wonderful people who saved me from boredom all those years.

Go to sleep earlier or keep a window visible next to you, the light might help you wake up
