Looked on IE and it says that if you load a disc and it freezes leave your xbox cos it is over heating. So i leave it for a day and it still freezes on all of my games, any suggestions?

I had the same problem, its a hardware fault you need to either send it to microsoft for repairs or look up a guide and try fix it yourself but obviously thats quite risky.

Mine kept freezing when playing off HDD, so I just have to play off Disc.

It's common I guess, every so mine freezes because of NXE but then it unfreezes a few seconds later.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
