What's that supposed to mean? Should we just leave them both two to struggle on with the baby when neither of them can legally get a job. You can't blame people for unemployment these days anyway, unemployment is soaring everywhere.

Not at all, if someone 16 or over has sex with someone under 16 it's seen as Rape by the law.

Underage Sex is illegal if they're both under 16 but nobody will of ever been prosecuted for it, it's there so the Rape law can be enforced (See above) and because the government don't recommend sex Under 16 for various reasons. It's not really in their interests to arrest people for it either.

That's not how puberty is though, you don't wake up one day and your balls have dropped, your voice is deep and you've grown a moustache over night. Takes 5 years not a day, you'll see what I mean eventually.

I feel sorry for the baby, the mother clearly has no idea what she is doing. She was basically choking the poor thing and slapping it on the back. Social Services should take this baby away from them immediatly.
