    In the UK there is no need to pay tax on the money we earn, the money we earn is solely ads.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but you're not required to pay tax on income unless your business turns £60K+ a year which I doubt this one does at the moment

    Not sure, I know it's under 5k for earnings. Not sure about companies but still, it has to be a registered company in order to actually accept funding, right?

    No, only limited companies need to be registered. And in the UK there is no law for paying tax on a company which solely earns from Advertising. In the US however there is a law to pay tax for any earning. Fortunately I am not from the US.
