Moderator Apps, clean record?

Just wondering... how long do you have to go without getting a warning or infraction for you to be considered to have a "clean record"?

Until it expires, I guess.
But I suppose 1 or 2 warnings/infractions wont be seriously frowned upon.

Correct, doesn't always matter on how many infractions you actually got, more sometimes it can be the reasons.
