They're releasing it close to the date that the Dark Knight was released hoping to make a lot of money like Dark Knight did but the only reason that movie was a bigger success than it should have was because Heath Ledger was it

I don't think the ending was too quick at all, the whole conversation between Harry and Voldemort was about three pages long - and I remember I was itching to find out what happened next. The actual battle itself though had to be quick, because they couldn't duel since the elder wand belonged to Harry meaning the duel would've killed Voldemort anyway.

Thats true , i haven't read the books but listened to them (its the same thing, really!).. I loved the conversation they had, was pretty cool !
And its true about the wand.. stupid me
