once but that was when my 30day ban was up, but from playersupport none.

I have been unpermed twice.. when they mass un-permed everyone.

Once on freak.fairy, got unbanned in them mass-unban then I forgot the password and date of birth but recently I got the date of birth back

If you mean permed never. I got a 2 hour ban once for harassing someone, then got unbanned lol

I was permed for 5 mins while i was banned by mistake - i sent a cfh demanding to know why i was banned and got a reply 'you've been unbanned'
strange..

I've never got my perm unbanned, then again it was a more serious perm that just being rude or harassing someone.
