They've purposely made her look like that. Anyway, she was like twelve or thirteen when that was taken so it's stupid to use that. It's like in real life Lisa Blackwell (Pandora) is well fit but they make her look stupid and slow because that's her character. Effy's character is a sort of "I don't care" type of person hence her often looking rough.
