I think the logo needs too be moved closer too the navigation and i agree with ollie about the color.

I was going to say the quality was poor and that you needed to save it as a png image but then I realised it was dust on my screen.

I love it, the only bit I would change is the highlight of the buttons, the colours just look so different, maybe do it a different shade of green and it might be ok, anyway, good luck!
