Now they have this big problem of all fansites closing down and it's through no fault of there own for not warning people.

Not really no fault of their own, they should have looked into if what they were doing was legal/if you needed a license.

that's like someone pirating dvds then going 'wot!?! no-one told me this was illegal' when they get caught - a pathetic excuse

And if Habbox can afford to pay this where as other fansites cannot it can benifit Habbox.
