It's down right awful, whoever made it has missed the point of Apple design. It's ugly and flimsy looking. Also it would make a terrible iMac design, a better one would be if they used the Cinema Display as the new base of the iMac.

Overall it's ugly, flimsy and touch screen on large devices suck.

Macs are aimed at the professional and a lot of them are in design and video, it would make our jobs a million times harder using touch screen. The mouse is accurate and precise, a finger has a large pointer and ruins a screen which has a shine.

Who said you can't use a stylus, or some other sort of drawing instrument?

Touchscreens I think are better for designing if you draw, as it's easier to draw with a pen etc, than a mouse.

Okay, go draw me a website layout over the span of a day on that screen. Bet you within 10 minutes your arm will be dying from the agony. The mouse is there due to the fact it doesn't strain your hand, wrist or arm. It allows you to relax on a desk.

Touch screen would only make your production time so much slower.

I like the idea of a touch screen, hopefully they're gonna introduce a touchscreen iMac soon.
Don't see the point in solar panels if you use your iMac indoors.
