    Ok,

    I sent an email to habbo, as I am STILL trying to get back the account I lost one year ago, and after waiting 3 days for a reply I get an email back from our best friend.. Ludus!

    I sent ALL information required about the account, and when he replys...

    He sends one of those premade emails asking for EXACTLY what I just gave him.

    Im sure habbo staff just don't read the emails, useless Player Support, absolute crap.

    I dont see the problem with Ludus, when i tryed to get my old account back i gave all the details and he helped me with it.

    He also got my acc back in the same method.

    Maybes you sent it in an old one.

    He's helped me no end with my account problem since he started.. I don't see your issue with the guy.. To be honest I think you're just being immature and rushing things, if he sent you another email asking for information, then it's needed for something, he isn't just sat there trying to bully you.

    I know he's not, but that is not what I am saying.

    I am saying, I sent him an email witht the EXACT details, and he just copy and pasted the crappy template, asking me for the details i have just sent him.

    He is unprofessional and immature, I assume he isn't that much older than some of us. He's not as reasonable as 0rca who dealt with each and every situation with a reasonable temperament. I don't think staff who actually enjoy playing the game ever work as they get too attached, lol. Fair play to him for unbanning me though ol:
